Brisbane Colour Linen is working on a program to educate new generation Chefs and Function managers about the importance of tablelinen in a restaurant, successfully and tastefully incorporating colour into a formal setting and selling linen to increase restaurant sales. We provide the necessary tools for Function managers and Head Chef's to increase their sales by not generating more functions but rather through maximising the dollars spent per function.
